Senior AI Consultant (m/f/d)

As Senior AI Consultant at Klickspace, you take on strategic and operational responsibility for AI projects for our mid-sized B2B and B2C clients. You analyze business processes, identify potential for automation and AI integration, and lead projects from the initial workshop through to live implementation.

You work closely with our marketing, web development, and strategy teams, and are the go-to point of contact, internally and externally, for everything AI-related: from generative AI and agents to classic data analysis.

• You develop tailored AI strategies for our clients that are data-driven, actionable, and economically viable.
• You lead workshops with decision-makers, identify use cases, and prioritize them by impact and effort.
• You design and support the implementation of solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Make, n8n, Zapier, or in-house builds.
• You’re a sparring partner for managing directors and marketing leads on topics like GEO, agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI automation.
• You strategically help expand our AI consulting offering, developing methods, frameworks, and standards for our team.
• You’re responsible for the quality, timing, and results of your projects, with commercial accountability.

• Several years of experience (5+ years) in consulting, the AI space, or business process automation.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, agents, and AI tools in a B2B context.
• Experience designing and implementing AI projects, ideally with a marketing, sales, or operations focus.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Very good communication in German (C1+) and English.
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a drive to actively shape a consulting field.
