Marketing for professional services
A service cannot be tried before it is bought. What is sold is a promise, and what decides is trust: in the people, in the way of working, and in how clearly the result can be understood in advance.
That is what we work on. With visibility on the situations your clients actually describe, with evidence instead of claims, and with enquiries that turn into conversations matching what you offer.

Why services are marketed differently
There is no product photo, only people and results
In retail the product often decides, in services the question is whether somebody has the matter under control. That makes marketing harder and at the same time more predictable, because trust can be built systematically.
Three things work most strongly in our projects: verifiable references with names, transparency about process and price, and responsiveness. That sounds unspectacular and in practice beats any campaign idea.
From the situation to the enquiry
Clients of service firms rarely search for a service label. They describe their situation: a project that is stuck, a task without internal capacity, a deadline coming closer.
Whoever owns those phrasings reaches people with a concrete trigger instead of general interest. That is the difference between an enquiry that leads to a meeting and one that fizzles out.
Trust is built before the first conversation
Most service firms invest heavily in the first conversation and little in everything before it. Yet by the time that conversation happens, it is often already decided whether you are in contention at all.
We make sure the questions are answered beforehand: who will work on my project, how does the collaboration run, roughly what does it cost, and who have you done this for. Answer that openly and you get fewer enquiries and considerably more work.

What we do for service firms
01 / Owning situations instead of service labels
We identify the phrasings your clients use to describe their situation and build matching pages for them. That reaches people with a concrete trigger, not just interested readers.
02 / References that convince
One named client with a described starting point and a traceable result works better than twenty logos without explanation. We build references so prospects recognise themselves in them, and obtain the necessary approvals along the way.
03 / Transparency on price and process
The cost question is the most common unspoken barrier before an enquiry. Showing a price range and the process openly lowers the number of enquiries and raises their quality. Our own pricing page shows how that can look.
04 / Local and national visibility
Many service firms work within a radius, others nationwide. We align visibility accordingly, with a business profile and local pages in the first case, with subject matter content in the second.
05 / Enquiry route and responsiveness
A form that asks the right questions, a binding response time and a path to the phone for everyone who prefers to talk. Response speed decides the order in this market more often than price.
06 / Campaigns with contribution margin
Paid search on the terms with a recognisable job behind them, tightly steered by region and service. Delivery runs through our Google Ads agency in Cologne, calculated on cost per won customer.
We know the business from the inside
Klickspace is a service business itself. We sell a promise, compete on trust and know every hurdle in the sales conversation from our own experience.
That does not mean we know everything better. It means we do not spend time understanding your business model and can start with the questions that actually decide about new work.
Working as equals
You work with fixed contacts, monthly numbers and without terms that only benefit us. What was done, what it cost and what came of it is in every report.
If a measure does not carry in your market, we propose ending it. That is less comfortable and the reason our collaborations tend to last.
What service firms get out of it
Enquiries with a concrete trigger
Fewer unsuitable conversations
Verifiable trust
Visibility in the right radius
Faster response
Predictable utilisation
Did it click?
Tell us what task brings clients to you and which area they come from. We will tell you what those people search for and which three steps would work first in your case.

Which service firms does Klickspace work with?
Our focus is on consultancies, agencies, technical service providers, planning offices and trades with an offer that needs explaining. What they have in common is that the decision runs on trust and the deal value justifies targeted outreach.
Should prices be shown on the website?
In most cases at least a range. The cost question is the most common silent reason for dropping out before an enquiry. Naming an order of magnitude brings fewer enquiries but considerably more suitable ones, and saves first meetings with entirely different expectations.
How important are reviews for service firms?
Very important, especially for locally driven offers. They work on visibility in the map pack and on the decision of the people who see it at the same time.
Is paid search worth it for service firms?
In almost all cases, provided it is tightly steered. Broad bids on general service terms mainly produce enquiries without budget. Campaigns steered narrowly by situation and region are often the cheapest customer channel.
How long until first results?
Paid channels deliver first enquiries in two to four weeks. Organically it takes six to nine months to reach stable positions. For local providers, work on the business profile often shows effect after two to four weeks.
What if we currently have no capacity for more work?
Then more reach is the wrong measure. In that situation a sharper positioning, higher prices and better pre-selection make more sense, so the available capacity goes to the most rewarding projects. We support that too.
